Of Villages & Castles

Provence is a lot about markets and villages, charm and quality of life, food and wine, but it’s also very much a story of the « past ». In southern LUBERON, known as the “Pays d’Aigues”, along scenic roads through seas of vineyards, many castles crown the most iconic villages, picturesque images of a not so distant past, so typical that this area was the setting of many famous movies.

Is there any better way to discover France than strolling the charming streets of a picturesque and, from the terrasse of a café, raise your head to timeless bell towers and castles silent witnesses of the shady centuries ?
